Russian Customers Visited Zhongxu Factory For On-site Inspection And Customized 3-axle Aluminum Tank Semi Trailers
Recently, a delegation from a Russian cross-border logistics company specially visited Zhongxu Intelligent Equipment Factory to conduct an on-site investigation of the production process and customization capabilities of 3-axle aluminum alloy tank semi-trailers. After thoroughly inspecting the production line, testing laboratory, and test-driving sample vehicles, the delegation, considering the demands of Russia's harsh cold climate and complex road conditions, signed a bulk customized procurement agreement on the spot. This marks Zhongxu Trailers' further expansion into Russia's high-end commercial vehicle market with precise localized adaptation solutions.
The delegation focused on touring Zhongxu's aluminum alloy tank forming workshop, welding stations, and finished product inspection area, giving high praise to the selection of national-standard aluminum-magnesium alloy sheets, the fully automated seamless welding process, and the rigorous air pressure testing procedures. During the test drive, the prototype's lightweight advantage and stable handling performance left a lasting impression on the delegation-compared to traditional steel tankers, Zhongxu's 3-axle aluminum alloy tanker reduces its own weight by over 5 metric tons, not only increasing effective load capacity but also lowering fuel consumption, aligning with the economic demands of cross-border long-haul transportation.
For the extreme winter climate of -40°C to -50°C in Russia, Zhongxu's technical team developed a specialized and optimized customized solution to Upgraded core components, adopting 240Ah AGM batteries designed for extreme cold and cast-iron engine oil pans to ensure successful vehicle starts in frigid conditions; Equipped dual fuel tanks with water circulation heating, enabling the use of diesel to reduce fuel costs while eliminating the risk of waxing in low temperatures; Utilized widened brake pads specifically for extreme cold and high-friction tires, paired with an EBS electronic braking system, to enhance driving safety on icy roads; Installed corrugated anti-sloshing baffles inside the tank to minimize liquid impact on the body, adapting to Russia's complex long-distance transportation road conditions.
We will continue to focus on the localization needs of overseas markets, optimize product solutions based on the climatic and road conditions of different regions, and provide more cost-effective transportation equipment solutions for cross-border transport enterprises. The successful cooperation with Russian clients will serve as a significant opportunity for Zhongxu to expand into the CIS market, facilitating the efficient development of China-Russia cross-border logistics.
