Sitrak G7M/EV : Technical Benchmark and Industry Value in the New Energy Heavy Truck Track

Under the global "dual carbon" goals and the wave of commercial vehicle new energy transformation, the transition to new energy in commercial vehicles has become an inevitable trend, and the electrification process of heavy trucks is particularly crucial. Data shows that by 2025, the penetration rate of new energy in commercial vehicles in China will exceed 27%, and the monthly penetration rate from September to December has continuously exceeded 30%, laying the foundation for the leap to 35%-40% in 2026. This trend is driven by both policy and market factors: on the policy side, subsidies for the scrapping and renewal of old commercial vehicles are prioritized for electric trucks, releasing incremental demand; on the market side, the full life cycle cost of new energy heavy trucks is significantly lower than that of fuel vehicles, and the cost of batteries continues to decline, highlighting the core advantages. The launch of the Sitrak G7M/EV is precisely China FAW's strategic layout to adapt to this trend and seize the mid-to-high-end new energy heavy truck market.

The Sitrak G7M/EV leverages the technical accumulation and supply chain advantages of China Shouji Heavy Industry to present multiple core highlights: The battery is the "energy core" of pure electric heavy trucks. The Sitrak G7M/EV is equipped with multiple capacity battery packs from Ningde Time (400 degrees, 528 degrees, 600 degrees), suitable for different range requirements - the 528-degree battery can provide a range of nearly 300 kilometers in heavy-duty conditions, meeting medium and short-distance operations; the 600-degree battery supports long-distance trunk routes. It supports dual-charger 600A ultra-fast charging, charging to 80% in 30 minutes; some versions are equipped with a 5-minute battery swapping system, addressing the anxiety of frequent operations regarding charging. The battery system adopts liquid cooling temperature control technology, adapting to extreme environments and ensuring stable performance and service life.

The Sitrak G7M/EV is equipped with a flagship-level high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor (with a peak horsepower of up to 861 and a torque of over 1000 N·m), which is combined with Shagang's own motor and Green Control transmission to form an efficient power chain. Some models adopt electric drive axle technology, with an average power consumption as low as 1.1 kWh per kilometer, suitable for medium and short-distance high-frequency scenarios in ports and logistics parks. The chassis system relies on German MAN technology, featuring a 7-millimeter 600 megapascal high-strength frame, paired with a 7.5-ton reinforced front axle and 12-ton/13-ton MAN rear axles. It can handle both standard and heavy loads, eliminating the problem of tire wear and extending tire lifespan by over 30%, while reducing operating costs.

Choosing the Sitrak G7M/EV is not just about choosing a transportation vehicle; it is also about selecting a complete lifecycle operation solution: Pure electric drive significantly reduces energy costs. With an electricity consumption of 1.1 kWh per kilometer, the energy cost is only 1/3 - 1/2 of that of fuel vehicles. Electric vehicles have a simple structure and low operation and maintenance costs by more than 50%. Combined with a customized cost control system, the energy consumption can be further reduced by 15%. A single vehicle can save over 20,000 yuan in electricity costs per year, significantly enhancing the profit margin of logistics enterprises. Under the backdrop of increasingly strict environmental policies, new energy heavy trucks enjoy benefits such as no traffic restrictions and priority passage. The Sitrak G7M/EV is equipped with a new national standard recorder, with a speed limit of 89 kilometers per hour, which is fully compliant, helping users avoid policy risks. It provides TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) lifecycle protection, with the longest nine-year warranty for core components, addressing users' concerns about later maintenance and battery degradation; relying on the national service network, it offers 24-hour emergency rescue and rapid spare parts supply, ensuring attendance rates.
