A1: For regular parts (such as gaskets and unloading valves) in stock in overseas warehouses, delivery can be completed within 7-15 working days; customized parts need to be shipped from China, with sea freight taking about 30-45 days and air freight shortening to 7-10 days.

A2: First, check if the air source pressure reaches the rated value (usually 0.2-0.4MPa); second, check if the conveying pipeline is blocked and disassemble the pipeline for cleaning if necessary; finally, check if the fluidization device is damaged and replace the fluidization canvas in time if damaged.

A3: First locate the air leakage point, focusing on the tank welds, manhole cover gaskets and valve connections; if the welds leak, weld repair is required; if the seals are aging, directly replace the gaskets or sealing rings of the corresponding model.

A4: The warranty period for wearing parts is 3 months. For quality problems caused by non-human damage within the warranty period, the same model parts can be replaced for free; for parts beyond the warranty period, we can provide supply services of original genuine parts.

A5: ① Clean the residual materials inside the tank in time after each unloading to prevent caking;

       ② Regularly check the pressure gauges and valves of the air path system to ensure no air leakage or blockage;

      ③ Check the fluidization device every 3 months and conduct anti-corrosion inspection and maintenance on the tank every 6 months.
